What does a typical project timeline look like?

Solo: ~2 weeks. Duo: ~4 weeks. Orchestra: ~8 weeks. Rush delivery is available as an add-on to cut timelines by half.
Do you only work with French companies?

No — about 40% of our clients are outside France. We work in English and French, and all deliverables can be in either language.
What files do I receive?

All source files: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, SVG, PNG, PDF. Web assets exported in all required sizes and formats.
How many revisions are included?

Solo: 2 rounds. Duo: 4 rounds. Orchestra: unlimited for 30 days. Extra rounds are available as add-ons.
Can you build the website, or just design it?

We design the UI — layouts, interactions, visual direction. For development, we partner with trusted agencies or work alongside your dev team.
Do you offer retainers or ongoing support?

Yes — through consulting hours. Purchase hours as needed for ongoing design tasks after your main project wraps.
How does payment work?

Full payment at checkout via Stripe. Enterprise clients can request milestone billing. All prices in EUR.
Is my project confidential?

Always. We sign NDAs on request and never publish work without written consent.
