Tempo-Design provides brand identity, UI/UX design, visual systems, motion design, and related creative services. All services are delivered digitally.
Checkout creates a binding agreement. Payments processed via Stripe in EUR.
Upon full payment, you own final delivered files. Preliminary concepts and rejected directions remain our property.
All client materials are confidential. NDAs available on request.
Timelines per package. Client feedback delays extend delivery accordingly.
Included rounds per plan. Scope changes quoted separately.
Maximum liability equals the project fee paid.
Either party may terminate with written notice. Refunds per Refund Policy.
